OOTD - Beach Ride






Playsuit - Primark / Necklace & earrings - Bay (very old) / Lips - Revlon Lip Butter in Berry Smoothie.

If you follow me on Twitter, you might have seen me ask what to wear for a casual bike ride last week. Seriously, I had no clue. It was quite a hot, sunny day, so I didn't want layers but seeing as I hadn't ridden a bike for.. maybe 5ish years.. I didn't want to fall off & have un-protected legs. Obviously, a skirt was out of the equation & jeans would have been ridiculous, so I eventually decided on this playsuit with pale tights. I think it worked quite well. : )

I love the 'beachy look', even if I'm not actually going to the beach. : ' ) This necklace & my earrings are about 4 years old! I remember going shopping with my mum & spotting them along with another 'beach dress' in Bay & just knowing I had to get them, (as a set of course).

The playsuit was actually a recent buy from Primark, for only £5! It did come with straps that I tried to attach before we went, but one of the buckles snapped so I just left it strapless. It actually surprised me & didn't fall down, despite me pedalling like a maniac. : D

    I love the print on the playsuit, the £5 playsuits in Primark are lovely, I have one with a bow print on it :)

    what a darling little romper! it looks so cute on you. i wish i had a primark in berlin (although it is coming soon!) cos i would love to buy that playsuit myself. seems like the perfect thing to wear on a holiday to a tropical location! but i agree, the beachy look is wonderful even if you can't be sipping pina coladas in the sunshiny!
