OOTD - Easter Bunny

Hope you're all well : )

I haven't done an OOTD for absolutely ages! I wanted to show you what I wore to lunch with my grandparents on Easter Sunday. I was lucky enough to get the day off work, so my parents, Auntie & Uncle went to visit my Grandparents. I did a full post on the day which you can read here if you like : )

 

 

It seems silly to me looking back at this outfit 2 weeks later as I'm now sitting in 24 degree heat in my garden, wearing shorts & a tee & here I am in a leather jacket, jumper & tights. Crazy English weather.

 

 

Anyway, the outfit. I picked up this rabbit jumper in the Primark sale for £7 & thought it would be perfect for Easter (& when I'm having a lazy day round the house with leggings!) My trusty leather jacket from Select Fashion never leaves my side these days. It's just the perfect jacket to throw on over any outfit & is a lot cooler than a winter coat.

 

 

This beautiful floral skirt is actually a dress from New Look & I thought it would go in perfect contrast with the biker boots & jacket. I got these boots from Primark for Christmas last year & adore them! They just add character to an outfit without being too OTT.

OOTD - Floral Function

If you're reading this, I'm surprised. Half of you have probably clicked the small x in the corner of the screen right now after seeing this dress on yet another blogger. I think half the world has this dress. : ' ) Anyway, more to the point, isn't it gorgeous?!

 

I only just managed to take these pictures before it started pouring with rain (hence the lack of photos) & I had to make a fast retreat into the house with Honey. The weather has gone back to the typical British tradition of a wet summer. Lovely.

Now if we ignore the fact I seriously need a fringe trim, how awesome is this jumper?! I saw it a couple of weeks ago on Sammi's blog & fell in love. Your all probably sick of seeing & hearing me brag on about it, as it also featured on my Lush List & Instagram.. oops.. but it was such a bargain at £16 I couldn't resist.

 

James has been continuing his African adventures & so far this week has relocated some golden wildebeests, seen many different breeds of antelope (apparently they run funny!) woken up to a massive spider on his bedroom wall & managed to get a tan after a couple of days. Seriously jealous!

How are you all? The sun has finally come back to England, yay! So.. this means a nice summer outfit for the day.

I had to chop my face out of these because it was just too bleugh!

These are my favourite shorts at the moment, I love floral patterns & these are just gorgeous. I think they cost £10 when I bought them a few months back from Primark.

I've also just heard that Jessie J is doing a tour in November, I'm SO excited. Just downloaded her album & it's on repeat so I'm definitely getting tickets when they go on sale next week.

So yeahhhh, seeing Hangover 2 tomorrow, I don't know if it's going to be similar to the first one, but I don't really mind if it is, the first one was amazing anyway. Anyone seen / recommend it?

Furious Floral

  Evening girls! Sorry I haven't blogged recently, I've been a very social bunny this week. Fast & Furious 5 came out in the UK on Thursday, so I managed to see it yesterday. I loved it, so much. It was apparently going to be the last one, but (I won't ruin it & tell you) the ending suggests otherwise.. So good!

  So I managed to grab some sun after I finished work today & persuaded my mum to take some snaps.

Honey managed to sneak in one or two.. ; D

Playsuit & shoes - Primark

  I am in love with this playsuit. I've been trying to find an over-the-top girly one for ages. Now.. the slightly embarrassing part. I actually found this in the pyjama section of Primark, but it was way too cute to keep hidden away in my bedroom all Summer! So I'm wearing it as a casual day suit. I love all the floral details & ruffle around the collar.

  How is everyone's Easter weekend going? I am so excited about tomorrow. I finally get to eat chocolate! Yay! I do however have work over the next 3 days, so not feeling that whole holiday buzz at the moment. Work is dead too, everybody's out in the sunshine, can't say I blame them!

  I'm having a night in tonight with my family, just had a chinese & about to watch Britian's Got Talent. I don't think I've been in on a Saturday for over a month..? Mmm, time for a bath & pamper sesh I think. ; D
